The Backyard Sisterhood Club...

I love to see the girls when they show love for each other. They all seem to be in very loving moods tonight. Maybe it is from the massive chocolate consumption 20 minutes earlier. You how a little chocolate can go a long way to improve anyone moods especially my girls.

Now That's a Good Looking Soldier!!!!

When at the beach ......
and you are having a beach hair day the only thing to do is to go for the Princess Leah look. Aren' t they so pretty? This was the night we spent way too much money on dinner and had fun doing it. When can we go again?

When you go to the beach with Daddy you can only go this deep. The girls had to lay down to actually get wet. Their fearless daddy is terrified of sharks and therefore they humored him in the shallowest of waters. What good sports they are just to keep daddy safe.

Hilton Head Island Tennis Resort.... Isn't this a beautiful view. Every morning we woke to these wonderful sights. Maybe I was just in heaven just being at the beach with my main man and the sweetest little girls in the world. This was an awesome vacation. When can we do it again?!!!

I love these shots like this. No one is trying too hard to pose; it's just life happening sweetly, and with luck I am able to catch it on camera. I love to see the girls so entralled with nature. Too bad we had no bread, so the ducks were not so impressed with us. We'll know better next time!

God Bless The USA....

This flag represents a lot of things for different people, but to the girls and me it gives us pride knowing that it represents the freedom that their daddy fights for. We are so proud of the work that the military is doing in Iraq, but we are so glad that "Big Papa" is back!!!!!

Where Is He?
The kids are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their daddy at the bottom of the steps in the baggage claim. A crowd began to form waiting to see the faces of the girls when they finally saw their daddy descend from the stairway. However, for a more surprizing entrance he came through the crowds and blew our minds completely. Always expect the unexpected when you are married to "Big Papa."

Pictures Do Speak a Thousand Words.....
In case you can't hear what they are saying, I will translate..."Boo hoo hoo, boo hoo hoo.....
I missed you so much don't ever leave us again...boo hoo hoo, boo hoo hoo!!!!!!!"

Ok, I Know This Train Will Get Us To Daddy It Has An American Flag On It....

Look at those happy faces...
You would never know it was way past bedtime.
The girls all stayed awake the entire 1 1/2 hour drive home and talked daddy's ear off. They didn't get to bed until midnight that night. It was the best night ever!

Happy Easter!!!
We all went to Nanas to celebrate. It was fun and full of chocolate and easter egg hunts. The girls had a great time with the cousins and the rest of the family. They played in the water until they were all prunes and then jumped their little legs off on Mrs. Kristy's trampoline. Hey Daddy...how about one of those trampolines for our yard?!?

OK....Everyone Turn Your Head Sideways!!!

Happy Birthday to Me!!!!

Devan is now 2 and proud of it! Where did my baby go? They grow up so fast.
Happy Birthday Devan!!!!

Its Party Time!!!!
Everyone was all smiles at the celebration. Who wouldnt smile for a piece of cake and ice
cream?

Who Us? We Didnt Eat All the Cake...Just the Pickles!
I never knew two toothpick sized girls could eat so many pickles. How do they stay so sweet when all they eat is sour?

Cheer, Cheer the Gangs All Here!!!!

Fourteen grandchildren!!!! How can anyone be so lucky? Man what a good looking gang! Who needs guests at a party when you have cousins?

Hey we went to the park......

........wouldn't you know the girls are at the park, but they are attracted to rocks and water. It never fails when they are given the chance they will turn into Huckleberry Finn and Tom Sawyer.

We Have a New Sandbox

The men of the church came and built a wonderful sandbox for the girls. Needless to say, the girls are loving it. I have not seen them since. However, I do keep finding a sand trail from the backdoor to the bathroom.

May the Son shine His face upon us and keep our eyes lifted up until the day of His return...

Scott I am posting this image to remind you that when you come home there are five little girls who cant wait to sit and watch the sunset with you again. Of course you know I am always ready to sit in stillness and be with my "best friend." We are all ready for those Sunday drives to just be with you. Hurry home!!! Five little soldiers are waiting anxiously!

Daddy's Going To Iraq

This was an emotional scene, but the girls are strong soldiers and know that this is only temporary. The pilots were great. They saw the sadness and wrote a sign that said "Hi" and as they were leaving the sign was flipped to read "Bye." That made the girls laugh then they ran from window to window following their daddys plane.
